Rebook guarantee

Sometimes something happens that suddenly forces you to cancel your holiday. That is extra annoying if you can no longer cancel free of charge. 

Andaluz Apartments likes to think along with you and offers our guests a rebook guarantee. With this rebook guarantee you have the option to rebook your holiday to another period free of charge and without stating reasons. You can rebook up to 14 days before arrival.

This rebooking guarantee only applies to stays in the period from 1st of April to 1st of November. Overwinter reservations are not entitled to a rebooking guarantee. 

With regard to the price difference between the original booking and the new booking, the condition is that the rental sum* for the new booking may not be more than 15% less than the rental sum for the original booking. If the rental sum of the new booking becomes more expensive, the additional cost of this holiday will be at your own expense. If the rental sum of the new holiday becomes less, Andaluz Apartments will refund the difference, up to a maximum of 15% of the initial booking. This takes into account the amount already paid for the original booking. This may mean that the full 15% will not be paid after settlement. The original booking means the first booking made and the calculation described above is based on the total rental sum of the original booking. 

* By rental sum we mean the rent of the apartment, not the final cleaning, deposit or extras that have been booked.

The rebooking guarantee does not apply in combination with other discounts or offers.

If you have made use of the rebooking guarantee, it is no longer possible to cancel the reservation free of charge.
