This cosy holiday home is situated in the Punta Lara urbanisation just 400 meters from the beach
It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a separate toilet, spacious living room with dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. Attached to the living room there is a terrace with barbecue. Also the main bedroom has a terrace.
The distance to the center is 2000 meters. When you go on foot you can walk on the beach to the center. The nearest bus stop and a supermarket are 300 meters away
The communal seasonal swimming pool has a sunbathing area and is a short distance from the house. You can park your (rental) car in the street.
