This spacious apartment on the top floor of the 3-storey complex has 2 terraces, including a PRIVATE ROOF TERRACE with fixed barbecue! Both terraces offer spectacular views over the sea, the mountains, the town and the swimming pool. A lounge set and sunbeds are available for you on the roof terrace. On the terrace adjacent to the living room is a 6-person garden set.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities and suitable for max. 6 persons. Of course there is a good free Wifi connection and television with international channels present. Air conditioning available in all rooms.
There is a large seasonal communal swimming pool with children’s pool, a sunbathing area with sun beds and a covered parking. In 2024 the pool is open from June until the end of September.
Parking is free in the street.
Pets are not allowed in our apartments.
